About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a custom home builder and renovation contractor based in Steveston, Richmond, founded by Doug Loewen in 2004. Doug began as a realtor before working as a trade contractor, and founded Pacific Coastal Homes after building homes for his own growing family. In the two decades since, the company has completed more than 200 projects, 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations, and, by the company’s own description, builds “throughout the Lower Mainland,” with Delta homeowners just a short drive from the Richmond neighbourhoods where the crew has worked for years.
