Havn Hosting is a short-term vacation rental management service run by property owners who have built and operated high-performing listings from the ground up. We take care of listing setup, dynamic pricing, guest communication, turnover coordination, and everything in between; so your property produces consistent revenue without demanding your constant attention. Havn Hosting came out of a straightforward problem we experienced ourselves; owning a rental property with the income potential to perform well, but not having the bandwidth to manage it at that level. The Concierge: Everything in The Essentials plus full guest communication, review management, basic issue resolution, and calendar synchronization across all platforms. You take care of cleaning and maintenance; we take care of every interaction your guests have with your property.

The Premier: Completely hands-off management. Everything across the first two tiers plus turnover scheduling, supply and linen restocking, maintenance vendor coordination, emergency response, and 24/7 guest support. You collect the income; we handle the rest from start to finish.
