Carlo Bandiera is the Owner /Operator of Westside Drainage. He is a Licensed Red Seal Journeyman Plumber. Since 1987 Carlo has been working in the Residential and Commercial Plumbing & Drainage trade and then as a plumbing and drainage inspector for the City of Vancouver.
