About R.S. Mental Health Counselling

Rimal Sandhu, BSc, MCP, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #2582) and Canadian Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, with a master’s in counselling psychology from Adler University. She works with adults in individual sessions using CBT, Adlerian, motivational interviewing and solution-focused approaches. The practice currently offers online sessions only.

Fees and Billing

$160 per 50-minute individual session, with a free 15-minute phone consultation. Direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and Telus Health; a sliding scale is available on application.
