Bordertown Construction: This Is Where You Go When You Want It Done Right

Bordertown is a family-owned construction and renovation company based in South Delta, BC. The company is licensed, insured, and guarantees its workmanship on every project.

About Bordertown Construction

The Bordertown promise is to leave you with a renovated space that looks and functions like new, using the latest product technologies and installation techniques. The team combines close attention to detail with old-school work ethic on every job, backed by a company-wide guarantee on workmanship.

How Bordertown Works With You

Communication is a key part of the Bordertown commitment. The team meets with you to discuss your project, helps develop a plan that fits your budget, and then presents a complete Estimate and Scope of Work before anything begins.

During construction you receive regular updates on progress, honest notice of the impact of any unforeseen issues, and suggestions to maximize value and minimize the potential for cost overruns. Ongoing questions and feedback are welcome, with a fast, detailed response every time.

When the Work Is Done

When construction is complete, you and your Bordertown project manager inspect the installation together. The project manager will not sign off until you are both completely satisfied that Bordertown has delivered what it promised.
