About Nicholls Property Management

Nicholls Property Management is a sole proprietorship started in July 2015 by owner Greg Nicholls. It manages residential rentals in South Delta, covering Tsawwassen and Ladner with listings extending to White Rock and Langley, and also rents storage units and utility trailers. It operates under the caretaker exemption in the Real Estate Services Act rather than as a licensed brokerage, and Greg is working through the UBC Sauder rental property management licensing course. The business has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since September 2023 with an A+ rating, and was named Best Property Management in Delta at the Quality Business Awards from 2022 to 2025.
